After 30 minutes, the spa attendant came back into the cave to let us know our session was over. During your salt cave treatment, ambient spa music is playing. As we were reclined comfortably in our chairs nice and tucked it, with a few deep breaths and closed eyes, we escaped from reality for a few. After that, they tuck you in with a thick cozy blanket and leave the cave so that you may enjoy the treatment privately. The spa attendant covers up your shoes for sanitation purposes and seats you in a very comfortable lounging chair. Our session in the salt cave not only relaxed us, but it made us feel as if we had gotten hours of sleep. The cave itself puts you in a relaxing mood the minute you walk in. By inhaling the saturated air from the salt cave, it increases the important elements needed for good health for all ages.
The ion enriched climate in the cave is naturally absorbed into the body during your treatment. The huge amount of salt used in the salt cave creates a unique microclimate (the climate of a very small or restricted area) in the cave.
